Client Services
Care, kept simple.
Fine jewellery lasts generations when it is treated calmly. Here is the advice we give our own clients.

Diamond jewellery
- Store each piece separately; diamonds scratch other stones and metals.
- Clean gently with lukewarm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush.
- Remove before swimming, gym or household cleaning.
Gold jewellery
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Avoid contact with chlorine and strong cleaning agents.
- Keep in a pouch or lined box to avoid surface marks.
Polki and jadau
- Never immerse in water — the settings use traditional lac and foil backing.
- Wipe only the gold surfaces with a dry cloth; leave the stones untouched.
- Return the piece to us for any deep cleaning or restringing.
Gemstones
- Emerald, ruby and sapphire vary in hardness and treatment; handle each gently.
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and heat.
- Apply perfume and cosmetics before putting the piece on.
Pearls
- Wear pearls last, remove them first.
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry flat.
- Store away from other jewellery, never in an airtight bag.
Periodic inspection
- Have settings and clasps checked once a year, especially on daily-wear pieces.
- Professional cleaning is available at the atelier for pieces bought from us.
- If a stone feels loose, stop wearing the piece and contact us.
